In this blog post I will share an issue that I faced recently with one of the upgrade projects that I did, this problem is related to WFFM radio list field in which after upgrade you are no longer able to see the items that had been there before upgrade.
I upgraded my project from Sitecore 8.0 to Sitecore 8.1 update 3, as you probably know radio button list items will be saved on a field called "Parameters" as you can see from the following screenshot:
But it seems that Sitecore switch to use other field called "Localized Parameter" instead of the old one, and after talking to Sitecore Support this is registered as bug, the bug number that we can use to trace the issue is "75227".

As for the solution you either copy the content of the parameters field manually to the localized parameters or if you have too many fields then you can contact Sitecore Support to provide you with a fix that you can run against your instance which will copy the content from the first field to the second.
Important note, be a ware if you already has a content in the localized parameters field, in this case you either will go through these manually or update the provided fix to concatenate instead of replace the content of the localize parameter field.
